First and foremost we are dedicated to helping customers regain their confidence by offering a more youthful look.
Social media wasn’t around years ago so people weren’t as conscious of being caught on camera. This has changed over the years and we have seen an increase in the demand for treatments such as permanent make up, scalp micro pigmentation and aesthetics as a confidence boost.
Our hair loss solution is a non surgical, minimally invasive procedure called Scalp Micropigmentation, SMP or Medical Hair Tattoo. We believe it to be the most effective hair loss solution available. We provide you with the most realistic results that even some of our male clients wives don’t know that they’ve had the procedure done!
We pride ourselves on the bespoke service that we offer to each of our clients. Each individual has very different requirements and this is not a ‘one size fits all’ procedure. Our personal mission is to put you at ease and reassure you that you are in safe hands.
Scalp Doctor® is owned and operated by Mark Fitzgibbons; a professionally trained practitioner who has undergone extensive & in depth, one on one training with leading SMP artists in the world. Mark has also furthered his qualification to achieve NVQ Level 4 in SMP which is the highest in the industry.
Mark is one of only 3 scalp Micropigmentation practitioners in the UK to have raised his standards to comply with that of the British Association Hair Restoration Surgery (BAHRS) medical standards for scalp micropigmentation.
Mark was also recently invited to deliver a speech at the International Congress of Ukrainian Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (USHRS) in Feb 2021 but unfortunately due to UK COVID restrictions we were unable to attend. And again at BAHRS Conference last year but Couldn’t attend as was on annual leave

Our main clinic is based just outside of Birmingham City Centre at Branston Court with free wifi and great coffee. We also run a clinic in Nottingham at Surgery Group’s HQ..

Our Main clinic is located just out of Birmingham City Centre in Branston Court in the jewellery quarter. We are not too far from a train station and on a well known main road so our clinic is easy enough to find. So far we’ve had clients from Scotland, London, Manchester, Liverpool, Wales, Grimsby, And others from around The Midlands and the UK and we’ve even had clients from France, Kazakhstan, Poland, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Nigeria and New Zealand travel here for our impeccable results!
Mark is always striving to advance his professionalism to the highest standards in the industry and after working alongside hair transplant clinics for some time now is very proud to announce that he is now an Affiliate Scalp Micropigmentation Practitioner Member of BAHRS (British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery) and has full medical malpractice insurance.
